- I’m a Celiac (silly yak) mom, serving up gluten free food with a little parenting advice on the side. It’s either my mid-life crisis or an actual public service. On a good day, maybe it’s both. Rest assured, I’m well qualified for the job, with 3 years of gluten free food under my belt and 24 years of parenting experience. Yikes! Has it really been that long? I don’t know how I got here so quickly, but what’s the use in all that wisdom and experience, if I can’t share it with someone. Lucky you. You get to read about Karen In Real Life.
